urgent help required?
i go to preference>then >accessibility>then try to change background n font color...but then col comes over the pictures too and some how it is not what i require...help

or would it be better if i convert pdf file into word?

that would be the only way. There are a few free online utilities/sites that convert your pdf file to word. Get that done, make the adjustments, and convert it back to pdf.
Else, you can get nitropdf, which is a great software for pdf file management.The Thread Killer!

Tell me which Version of Adobe You are using ?
In Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 or latest you can highlight the text and under line the text.
You can add back ground if pages were not scanned but directly created by MS Word or Excel.
In Document Tool Bar you have option to add Watermark and Background. You can add some photo (by creating colored page in paint brush) in background and then by clicking fit to page it will appear back of the text.No Sindhi No Balochi,No Muhajir No Pathan, No Punjabi No Saraiki
