ok i got my comp reinstalled and now when i installed my webcam it doesnt working saying the video capture hardware is not installed....what do i do? it use 2 work fine before.

Maybe this one needs drivers?

Came with a CD? or download it based on model and make.
Also in some cases you have to install drivers first and plug in the hardware once the drivers tell you to ..usually after a reboot.

What model cam?

I am installing from the cd it came with...and i installed first and than plugged in the webcam just the way i did earlier b4 getting my comp resinstalled. I am getting so annoyd by it now cuz i am nt very tech savy so i am all messed up lol.
