I was teaching an M-Commerce seminar last night and I was somewhat surprised to see how many people still don't know or don't use apps like Google-SMS and 1-800-GOOG-411 as alternatives to the traditional web search and carrier based 411 calls.
Do you use these apps? and I'm just wondering if there are other similar apps and services that aren't very well known ??
