is there any website like Dirpy - YouTube to Mp3 Converter
but instead of mp3, it lets me make .mp4 videos so i can put em on ipod or psp or whatever and watch it?

Esix,
if you use firefox, then the simplest way is to install this add-on. Once you install it, you'll start seeing a link on every youtube video to allow you to download it as an mp4.
Also, I know you said you don't want software, but I've been using DVDVideoSoft's free Youtube to iPod converter for a year now... the advantage here is that you can input multiple Youtube URLs to be converted in a batch. It's a lightweight and straight forward utility.

i just tried it the add-on and its awesome, gave me a very good quality mp3 which would look even better on the psp screen
thanx for the software link too, i needed a converter to convert some movies to mp4

Btw Dirpy also have the option for mp4 in 'Video Options' section.

oh yeah i just saw it after u postes namaan lolz the thing was right infront of me 
anywayz the addon is also wicked and the software is awesome aswell
