AA,

Recently my laptop went to get fixed because it would turn on for my 5 mins then all of a sudden crash..and this continuously happened! So when I went to get it fixed they backed up all my files for me and fixed whatever the problem was.

Now I recently went on hotmail using my "fixed" laptop, to try and send an attachment and its not letting me attach anythings including my pic's or doc's.


This is really frustrating and I was hoping that someone here might know how to fix the problem...


Should I try to get a new version of hotmail??

Use super glue to attach them. easy way.

For attachment I think you have to install their plugin that appear itself when you try to attach for the first time from a fresh installed windows.

If it is not working then see if you are getting a small bar under the address navigation menu asking you to allow the installation.

If you already have installed it then try to be more specific as which browser you are using. and what OS you have.


About the non authentic problem, it can be discussed on this forum according to the rules and regulations of the forum.

Thanks for the suggestions I'll try them when i get home...right now I'm at work!

My bad...as far as the non authentic issue is concerned...didnt know about the rules...won't be talking about that anymore!
