Good and on Top of it, PCB has restrained its self from providing any logistical and/or financial support for this case. Asif has to spend money to get himself clear. That the very least he should do after his freaking behavior !

We've seen enough of Asif. He should be banned for life if found guilty. For last couple of years Pakistan team has been in controversies. Mostly for these two douche bags Asif and Akhtar. Let's get rid of the bad eggs and move on.

He is a great bowler. But the amount of embarrassment he has given to PCB and to Pakistan, I think he should be banned for life. That being said, I am sure that in the next tournament, I will get to see the awful performance of Pakistan teams bowling and I will probably want him back in team.
Life ban should be imposed on the charsi. And people label Shoaib as the villain! In the past two years, Asif has been injured just as much as Shoaib and has probably had hundred times more charas and ganja than Shoaib ever will. Idiot.
How can you be a MORON and be a GREAT BOWLER at the same time ?
Doesn't bowling require some level of intelligence.
I have always had a suspicion that many GREAT PLAYERS are NATURALLY GREAT and do not necessarily have any ABOVE AVERAGE INTELLECT about the trade they ply.
KAPIL DEV for example. Ever heard his commentary ?...it is so pedestrian, so lacking in any smart analysis....one wonders how he got his wickets.
RAVI SHASTRI, on the other hand, was a mediocre player at best.....yet, seems so full of insight into the game.
Which brings us to the fact --- GREAT PLAYERS are not necessarily GREAT STUDENTS OF THE GAME and hence should not be automatic candidates for CAPTAINCY or COACHING.

Asif is being called by Dubai airport officials, who apparently have a job proposal for him. Because of his ability to sniff drugs from miles, one of the sniffer dogs is set to lose his position to Asif. Asif could not be reached for comments.
I just read the following comment in one of the cricinfo blogs
Quote:
There is even talk of Indian espionage. Was it merely coincidence, wondered one poster, that, the day after the PCB decided to bar its players from next year’s IPL dollar-fest in the event of it coinciding with Australia's rescheduled tour, IPL released Asif's positive results? “Not to mention that he was previously found guilty in India. And, also at Dubai Airport where 95% of the working staff is Indian!” It’s all too easy to see where this one is heading!
Read not to contradict and confute, not to believe and take for granted, not to find talk and discourse, but to weigh and consider. Inhale positive, exhale negative
Indian conspiracy ? I guess WADA has a fair number of Indian staff too.....what say ?
anything but pakistani involvement...asif is an angel missing from heavens...most prolly went after his master head-angel-shoaib-actor and lost his way into IPL. it happens but only to pakistani angelish cricketers.
