if nothing else,
everything is either political or economic!
the festivity of dressing up kids, & bringing chocolates and candies to kids is what it simmered down to, which, considered everything else in predominantly christian - european/caucasian history, past or present, is not a bad thing.

yes, this is what the corporate america is all about.
defense and pharmaceutical industries are other two diabolical agents of misery in the world, introduced & sustained by the money mongers in this country, who will do anything to get easy money, even if it means, killing scores of people, ruthlessly.

no, but there are incidences each holoween, where people get carried away and do rather really gory things.
there is a difference between having fun and causing harm on purpose.
