Drama of gifted child.
Again its written by a shrink.
I have read good reviews, But I am kind of skeptical since its written by a woman who talks about feeling too much.
See how it goes.

My experiment got horribly wrong. never read an 'adult' book. they are all eww materials.
Velvet Glove by Emma Holly was my lab rat. worse than Ram Gopal Varma's movies.
also finished Emma by Jane Austen. was good, like other Austen books. Emma is currently my fav Austen heroine. Emma is also supposedly Jane Austen's fav character.
and read The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown too. was good, but Langdon seemed out of character, and Angels and Demons still remains the best of Brown's writings.

I just finished The Lost Symbol quite a mystery book man, I was unable 2 put it down once I picked it up. got totally hooked 2 it. Still it is not as authentic and interesting as The Davinci Code. They also shown a documentary on History/Discovery channel recently abt which parts of the book are facts and which are fiction.
Right now I am reading The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo, InkHeart and ITIL Practitioner Support and Restore All In One for varying reasons

right now, YA is the hottest thing out there, so i've been reading a lot of YA. and in YA, the hottest thing right now is the world of vampires/werewolves/faeries/demons, etc. i'm a fan of fantasy anyway so this is super exciting.
i just finished The Mortal Instruments trilogy. its entertaining but definitely not in my top 5. it sort of veers into incestuous territory when all of a sudden the two main characters who happen to be really attracted to each other, turn out to have the same parents (ew). of course theres resolution in the end, but still. ew.
Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater is amazing. its excellently written and i can't wait for the sequel next summer.
has anyone read the Wicked trilogy? or Hush Hush, which is new and good- you can read the first 84 pages at simonandschuster.com
Lips Touch Three Times is excellent also despite the title lol. Its like modern day Grimm's fairy tales and very well written.
i also love Holly Black! Tithe was super good and I need to pick up the other two.
oh! and also, fans of Jane Austen, have y'all read P & P & Zombies?? HILARIOUS! i loved it!
i'm struggling through S & S & Sea Monster though- its ludicrous in a bad way. there are some genuinely funny moments but its a really tough read, overall.
