I hate it. Europeans and Americans are so lucky they don't have any of this BS in their culture.

My uncle wasn't allowed to marry a girl because she wasn't from a high caste!

I also had a friend (Raja) who wasn't allowed to marry a guy from another caste, she killed herself.

That's so retarted and Hindu, we're not Hindu anymore, we're Muslim and Allah has forbidden racism and casteism in Islam.

I hate people who brag about being a Raja, Khan or Chaudary.

It really is irrelevant in this day and age.

Identifying with a certain ethnicity/language or tribe is fine but that tribe shouldn't be given caste-status.

All tribes should be considered equal whether it's a Janjua, Chaudhary or Carpenter etc.

yes you're right......i've noticed that it's mostly in villages where people care about casts.

Yeah, the majority of Pakis are from rural/village areas so it's a really big problem.

I think it happens in city people too, I know city people who make a big deal about being Sayyed and Khan etc.
