Serenity in Punjabi

There is something about soothing punjabi voices. Not those harsh types which some paindo punjabis or gaon ke punjabis have but those kind of voices those girls have or those sweet voices that we hear in sweet romantic songs.

Of course Punjabi romantic songs or slow songs. The amount of dard in the voice is unbelievable. It is so sweet and soothing and sad at the same time. Person feels like they want to cry. At least I feel l ike that.

I never even realise what I doing. When I listen to punjabi songs. I do not even have to pay attention to the words because I know what they mean. It is like a reflex action.

Whenever I am down and want some serenity I listen to punjabi songs. Not the RnB type or those high techno bhangra type songs. The real punjabi songs. With punjabi beats. Sweet melodic voices soothe my soul and mind.

Those sweet voices cause me to drift away in to a dream land, so sweet so melodic.

Ni mai hasdi hasdi bhore begaye chaunki tey... menu parre likhi nu takke dainda pardes mai sadqe!!! Mar niyani de wich das ki tu ban gaya wey?!!!

I love punjabi songs as well

Not the modern comperized bhangra, lekin the ones you mentioned,
they have such beautiful lyrics...
and especially the bad songs are just wow,

There is this song : NehraN vichhun paani sukh jaanda...
Its a rukhsatti song i guess, bahot achhay bol ne iss ganay de

Punjabi songs are just amazing Dil Pakistan. I don't like the fast bhangra ones, but the ones that have shairi in them and are just so romantic and amazing.

I agree. One singer sings one song, it becomes a super hit, then other singers sing the same song but different music styles and then people keep remixing the same song.

Have you heard the beautiful punjabi song, Ni Mera from the movie Mitti?

havent seen that movie,

But last week the film Theeyan RaaniaN was shown on tv,
the title song has amazing lyrics

The movies name is Zill e Shah, not Zill e Ilahi
