food and sex? One day my friend whose family is from lahore was talking to an international student from Karachi. When she told him where her family was from, he said that Lahore was just the city of food and sex. I havent visited Lahore/Pakistan for 5 yrs, but did I miss something?

As a Lahorite, I do consider Lahore as the food capital of Pakistan (Karachites may disagree)... but I have never heard of Lahore as being particularly famous for sex.

Its no more and no less than any other city with the only exception that the bulk of Pakistan's film industry is based in Lahore (aka Lollywood) and that kinda gives it more prominence in matters of film stars and show business. Whether that automatcally translates to sex trade is a debatable point. I, personally, don't think so.

Lahore is no way a sex city,
in every city of pakistan big or small, there are some areas/ streets/ cornors exists for this purpose, where one can pick up a sex-business girl.
the reason lahore is blamed for this reason by your friend is really not true, or may be his interest.
no city in pak match food of lahore, culture, and people. khi is also vibrant city of pakistan, both have own characteristics, i know people of khi will not be agreed to my statment.
