My pic of the best water parks in UAE/Dubai...

1. Aquaventure- Atlantis The Palm

2. Wild Wadi

3. Dreamland Aquapark- UAQ (um al quwwain)...

anyone been to any of these water parks?

Aquaventure:

Explore a world of breathtaking water thrills at Aquaventure. Slide down the immense Ziggurat and through a shark-infested lagoon, take a river ride of over two kilometres, ride the water rapids and white water chargers. For a gentler experience, younger visitors can plunge into Splashers, a water playground for kids. It all adds up to a unique water adventure, with something new discovered at every turn.

Open daily 10.00am to 6.00pm. Tickets available at Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza.

P.S my brother went to this waterpark and had a dive in to the SHARK filled lagoon there It is amazing!

here is the website link. do visit this if you are coming to Dubai. Atlantis The Palm - Aquaventure

Wild Wadi:

The Wild Wadi Water Park is situated in Jumeirah, an area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates next to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The water park is operated by Jumeirah International, a Dubai-based hotelier.
Wild Wadi is an outdoor water park with a heated/cooled wave pool, multiple water slides and two artificial surfing machines. In addition, the park has the largest water slide outside of North America. Another feature of the park is an 18 m (59 ft) waterfall that goes off every ten minutes. The water park also has two gift shops, three restaurants and two snack stands.

I have been to this park many times. Good thing is thursdays is ladies day so ladies who cover also can visit this park!

and finally we have Dreamland UAQ

Dreamland Aqua Park is one of the largest family water parks in the region; an oasis of palm trees and green turf in the desert of the Arabian Peninsula.

Splash, play, laze around, enjoy good food and do nothing but have fun at Dreamland Aqua Park. With 250,000 sq/m of landscaped gardens, over 30 thrilling rides, crazy slides, go-karts, a mini pet land and all your favorite restaurants, it is the perfect retreat for the entire family.

In addition to its architecture and natural features, it offers a variety of programs and also hosts special events. Join the water sports, play volleyball and have the best time of your life in a friendly and safe environment.

General Admission: Dh100
Child Admission: Dh70 (3-12 years old and below 1.4m tall)
Infant and Special Needs: Free of Cost

P.S good news for Dreamland is that .. Spend Dh100 on General Admission and enjoy Dh50 Cash Back Credit on your wrist band. The electronic credits may be spent on food and beverage in all park outlets.

Balanced

Out of these 3 I've only been to Wild Wadi. And that was fantastic.

I was thinking about visiting Aquaventure too, but judging by their website it doesn't seem to offer many different slides/rides. Definitely less than Wild Wadi.

from all the footage i've seen they look like beautiful water parks from a distance then when you go running into it it disappears and you jump headfirst into sand
