depilex charges 1 lac rupees plus for their courses if you want the entire course. It is broken down into two or three segments like, facials, manis etc..but they require you do certain segments as a minimum before doing make up.
The Rangoonwala hall is the memon center someone was mentioning and they are very cheap. Not only do they do makeup but they also have great cooking classes.
A lot of beauty parlors are now offering classes and the prices range from 10,000 to 40,000 rupees for make up classes.

I am not familiar with Lahore, but when I lived in Karachi many beauty parlors offered classes. The best idea is to either ask the relatives you will be visiting in Lahore which beauty parlors have good reputations and then ask them to contact those beauty parlors to inquire about classes.

Depilex Beauty Clinic & Institute
This is the link for the Depilex outlining what type of classes they offer. On this website is a link called 'Salons'. Click that and you will see lists for all the institutes in Pakistan, including Lahore and Karachi.
I called the institute in Bahudurabad two years ago and the prices I mentioned were quoted to me then. I think the course was several weeks. The prices probably have gone even higher now.
I have heard (from an independent source )that several women came from USA and Europe and did their courses from Depilex and were trained well enough to open their own beauty parlors or Bridal services.

Bina Khan also has different courses including basic make-up, advanced make-up, a one on one and a hair course. Lots too choose from! The pics from the classes are up on her Facebook site. I think the charges start from Rs. 20,000.
There is no fixed time period for the classes. It depends on Bina's schedule and number of people signing up.
