I always thought it was funny how in Pakistan dulhans were covered up with plain colored shawls after the ruksati, so as not to draw dangerous attention, yet they were riding away in cars that clearly indicated the presence of a bride and groom.
Anyway, the decorated cars are definitely one aspect of a Pakistani wedding I miss here. Nice pic .

I can still recall the face of my friend when I showed him toward his getaway car - a twin turbo Mazda RX7 with roll cage n all - It only had 2 seats - and that too being RECARO seats - figure hugging pain in the butt constant attention style.
He gave me the responsibility of donning a mercedes S class for the wedding complete with chauffeur.
I on the other hand - whipped out my RX7 - he was like (im gonna kill you) - he had to drive himself .... hahahaha
still recall the burnt rubber smoke he left on the pavement... (I got an earful from their family afterwards)
Prepare for eternity but live like there's death around the corner......
