Im getting some clothes made from pak, and i want to know whats in, as in colurs and styles. im not too good with desi fashion, but i need some done up kapray for weddings and flashy functions and i also need some plain clothes for everyday wear.
please help, thankyou

Yeh, some of them are ok, but they not very specific, in terms of what colours are in for 2005. i'd also like to know what styles of shalwar kameez are going be big in 2005. I spent at least 2 hours on google yesterday, i could'nt find anything!!!
please help me

hmmmm well i know here the dupion silk (dont know the spelling) is in.... its just getting started here. & the patiala (afghani) style is in also.
im not sure how much longer the double shades is going to stick around. but it seems like bright colors are in.

I just got back from Pakistan. TO my greatest dismay (cause i had spent the entire last year shortening all my kameezes and slimming my shalwars) short kameez styles are out and slim shalwars have been replaced by cowl shalwars and semi patialas!
So the lengths are mostly at the knee or lower and darzis are also doing handkerchief style shirts but again longer in length.
The good news is that in the us, canada and uk people are still all for the short styles, so atleast you will be in sync in this part of the world

Do you have pictures of the clothes u brought by any chance ? please
im one of those visual people, i need to see things in order to understand them!

what is your height, bec im short & i have a patiala suit that looks really great! the kameez is past my knees... dont hate it till u at least try one on.

This is elegant!
Two changes i would make to it for my self. The shalwar would be slimmer and preferably not so patiala and the painchas would be smaller, i dislike the 70's style painchas that are larger than the feet....

Techies- i have a problem, i borrowed a digital camera and it has a firewire connection and my computer only has USB ports. What do i do?
