Dresses

I LOVE dresses, especially sundresses worn casually. Unfortunately, not only are they hard to find, they are nowadays rarely ever full length and are outrageously expensive. I am hoping to get some made from Pakistan. Does anyone know tailors in Lahore that know how to sew dresses?

i think if you take a sample one, most taylors can copy it.

Sahar, I have tried that but they always mess it up. They start making it like a kameez and make adjustments which of course doesn't work. I am thinking of going to some professional designers and asking them. I guess the neighbourhood darzis don't know how.

Any designers in Lahore? I would appreciate names and addresses

you have to be very care getting dresses made by tailors in pakistan...they have no idea how to sew them even if you give them something to copy.........you're better off buying them here
