Another tip: before applying mascara, apply some wax on your lashes (the kind you use in your hair or just use some vaseline) and than use a curler (it's not necessary to heat it up, just warm the curler in your hands). This is great for girls who dont wanna use mascara as well, your lashes look longer and thicker!

one shimmery nude eyeshadow shade (beigy, stone, pale gold or taupe...whatever)
one dark shade (deep blue, black, plum, brown)....whatever suits your eyes best. i got indigo from a prescriptives counter....
eye shadow brush, blending brush, angled brush...
mascara
so after cleansing, moisturizing, concealer....use the shadow brush to apply the shimmery shade all over the eye from lash line to brow bone
then use that brush to apply the dark shade from lash line to crease of lid.
use angled brush to apply the dark shade right under lower lash line not going in the whole way to the inner corner...stop shading before halfway...
dip blending brush into shimmer shade and apply on top of the dark shade and the lower line to lighten and make it look less dramatic. keep on blending to achieve the whole smoky effect. its supposed to look smoky (thus imperfect) so skip eye liner.
then add mascara.

You should try the Bourjois eye-shadow: Suivez-mon-regard. It comes in a little bottle with a brush. Colours are very intense and because of the blend of colours you get different effects depending on the light. I have a dark purple one, it's gorgeous!

Okay question.. is there any technique to putting on creme shadow? I mean how do u put them on, with a sponge, regular eyeshadwo brush etc? Finger application isn't easy and it's very messy and "free" (which is nice if thas the look ur goin for).. but wen they do bridal makeup, wat do they use?

Hello Ladies!
I'm very new here, but this eyes thing is so cool, that I just had to add to it. Hope you guys don't mind. Here are 'my two eyes'. Hee hee hee.
ps - i took the photo standing in front of my mirror right when sun was at its peak, thus the golden glow
