i thought it was a joke but no it's all real. no comments.
I hate both men and women, and am afraid of animals, so basically I am very very lonely.

How do u swim wearing all this stuff and if you around women I heard that ladies tend to wear two piece or one piece not this unbearable outfit. I am sorry but I am just outspoken I guess.
Depending on the perspective, everything is beautiful!!

The purpose of the covering is to keep the men from oogling all over you, so in the presence of other woman, it is fine (as long as you're really careful that none other than the woman will see you).
...This is from what I know, not the Quran/Hadith or anything specific.
I don't think this hijabi swimwear is a good idea. It'd be all over the place, really.

For this particular "swimsuit":
http://www.thecanadianmuslim.ca/cata...99/1722718.htm
how come one of the bullets on the page says:
"To be worn around women only. The other outfit can be worn in public if the bottom piece is replace with a skirt."
Why would someone buy a $60 "Muslimah Swimsuit" to wear infront of other woman, when she can just wear a regular swimsuit infront of other women?

For some reason I see that a lot of muslim here (western countries) have become really core, I see ppl where they think if you don't take a hijab on you are a non-muslim. I believe its good to be strict on some parts but going beyond limits doesn't do you good.

Women should not show other women the area btwn their navel and knees. that's why at women's only swims you'll see some muslim women wearing swim suits and then some sort of knee length pant thingy too.

yes men can't show anyone that amount but for women to other women this is what should not be shown, navel to knees.
Unsure where it is but i learned this a few years ago when in California they started muslim women's only swim time.

http://www.islamtoday.com/showme2.cf...sub_cat_id=578
There is a difference of opinion among scholars concerning what a woman may show of her body in the presence of other women. Some scholars are of the opinion that she only needs to cover what is between her navel and her knees and they support their viewpoint with evidence. Others disagree, maintaining that a woman may only show what was customary for Muslim women at the time of the Companions to show when they were at home and engaged in household chores.....
....
This is the opinion of the majority of scholars and jurists. Their evidence is as follows:
1. “What must be covered is what is above the knees and below the navel.” [Sunan al-Daraqutnî (879) and Sunan al-Bayhaqî (3237)] They argue that this hadîth makes it quite clear what must be covered in front of members of the same sex. It is worded generally; therefore it is applicable to both men and women.

I don't think thats a good idea. What if some men came into the all women swimming area wearing a nikaab.
Better to stick to PCG's Scuba outfit
