from pindi youll only get paindu stuff, from isloo youll only find a few stores, you need to go to lahore to get top quality stuff

Islamabad has many boutiques, from what I've heard. And Sobia Nazir, a prominent designer, is there too. I like her bridals a lot. The work is very whimsical.
Forget Pindi, nothing special over there.
