Not really, all you can do is have alot of fruits drink plenty of water and use some fairness pack but will only be for your face and neck you can't really use any thing for your whole body.

How much do you drink? You mix lemon and water? Anything else?

people do this to reduce weight... this is the first time I ever heard that you can also use this tottka for glowing skin
hayatkhans: the simplest and the cheapest way is to use glycerin and lemon mixture (some people add rose water to it as well)... if it suits to your skin...then i'll do wonders

There was one i bought from pakistan to cover up a spot i had before a wedding. Alhamdulilah ALLAH swt has already given me light skin, but it makes the skin lighter i noticed. It was called "omega" i think, with tibetan snow written on. I noticed after rubbing it on, it was quite strong too. I also remember after watching a drama this advert came up advertising skin lightening "thank you dr rippler" or something like that, followed by a milan washing soap advert!!!

Why wud u use it? If it's for moisturization, there's better stuff u can use simply to eliminate the confusion of expiration date and whatnot.
If its to change ur color, ahmm i think theres bigger problems here than a confusing date

You could try this. The makers say its been developed especially for middle eastern and asian skin.
I personally haven't tried the product myself.

You know, when it comes down to it all, most men really love the "dark and mysterious" women more than the fair ones. You might be better off going for even skin tone and the "glowing" healthy type of skin and capitalize on what you have rather than trying to change it.
When I was younger, I'd fry myself on the beach. I tan easily and I'd slather myself with baby oil and bake in the sun on the beach to get that "Ipanema" tan. Man oh man am I ever paying for THAT with the little wrinkles that are too quickly becoming big ones.
Lesson learned - work WELL with what you have. If you have darker skin, make it more beautiful - in a healthy way rather than applying the kinds of bleaches and chemicals that will be sure to cause regret a few years down the road.
Dark and mysterious is usually more beautiful than pale and lovely.
