wow thats quite a different
what i dont understand is--- if even all our models are darker (and of course the general population is as well) why does the industry promote such a lighter skin color??!?
true the general public favors fair skin but i think the industry should at least try to wean them off this ridiculous habit rather than slathering their models with gallons of foundation

The models on the runway are usually tan (their original skin tone).
I notice sometimes the models have either really dark foundation or light for their skin tone.

makeup, airbrushing, photo editing...what would they do without such advances in technology...but I guess everyone looks stunning with all of that done...I like the new ads for dove...real women, real beauty.
