okay fitness buffs
i am skinny i look healthy but i am not, i hav no stamina or energy what so ever
i eat normally, no extra vitamins minerals etc
and i have a high metabolism which means i dont tend to put on weight
but i end up loosing it when stressed i stay between 6.5 and 7 stones which is 41.3kg-44.5kg or 91lbs-98lbs
i hav absolutely no fitness routine
and i desperately want to start one
just to stay healthy and energised
so all of you who are into your fitness and health
please please give me a simple regime i can do at home for about half an hour everyday
tel me what i need to do, and how often
and i hav no upper body strength 
i have some muscle tone but no strength in the muscles

Try jumping rope, running up and down the stairs or jogging lightly around the house for 10-15 minutes to try to build your endurance and get your heart rate up. Then, do some upper body strength training for about 30 minutes, alternating muscle groups every day (one day do: bi's and tri's, the next do shoulders and back). You can do a search on google to find exercises to do for each muscle group. Also stick in some abs when you feel like it.

do u have a treadmill @ home coz i jog for a hour on treadmill n it helps allot n u could do jumping rope that would help u too

well i do crunches too but thats for havin perfect abbs ...but i dont think u need that do u ???
u can go out n have a walk for hour.....

being skinny and being healthy are 2 very different things!
yes i am alhamdullilah not over weight or underweight
but that doesnt mean my body is healthy
my energy levels are low, my fitness is low
if i hav to run to get a bus or sumthing just 100m i am out of breath!
that is SO not good
