A friend of mine take (A to Z) a pill daily, I m just curious to know, What side effects can this medication cause? Have you ever used these multivitamins pills ??? Did you Discuss about this medication with your doctor ??? What he Said ?????

i use multivitamins only when doctors suggest me,otherwise i avoid,we should fulfil the need of vitamins from fruits,vegetables,milk etc

i use to take them daily ended up with kidney stones. dont know y maybe some vita dont absorb, i stop takkin it but i really use to like takin my vitamin,, now afraid to take cuz of k-stones.

i don know dat pils hv all vit,should use or not but i thnk dat vit c water disolving tablets or pils could use....

multi-vitamin called centrum is kinda popular in canada... not sure about its side affects..
