daily xercise is a B!TCH .. treadmill dont do u jack unless u back it up with a lil weight lifting .. i'd recomend a few push ups, sit ups and crunches before bed and no food after that. juice or milk is good.
get me ...

Maham, if you're not getting your calcium from milk, make sure you're getting it from another source; multivitamin supplements are also a good idea. Milk is actually very good for you, and if you're lactose intolerant, soy milk is a very appropriate substitute. Skim milk is the way to go if you're watching calories and fat, but it tastes yucky. I buy the low-carb vanilla soy milk... it tastes good w/ 1/2 the calories and carbs from milk.
Exercising regularly is not easy, but necessary to properly lose weight. I try to take different classes at my gym, and that helps keep me from getting bored with the same routine. It also helps work all the different parts of the body, so you get a total body workout on a regular basis. As sheeda said, you'll get better results with some weight training too... it burns more calories and builds stronger muscles. You can also stick to just toning if you don't want muscle. But it IS necessary to exercise, regularly and consistently. If you find yourself stopping (it always happens), just get back up and start again. Start with 3-4 times a week; 7 days a week is too much, and you need to give your body a rest, especially in the beginning. Work from there. good luck

eat three balanced meals a day, get 30-60 mins of activity, any activity and stick to it. I dropped 20 lbs in a few months, and no real effort.
cut down on sugar and simple carbs, drink tons of water, have dinner before 7. couple of snacks during the day etc.
begum also has dropped weight doing the same.
oh yeah lifting babies can be considered weight training.
I have aerobics where i hold their hands and we jump and see who tires first..
I also do weight lifting, who needs barbells or dumbells when you have baby-belles, lie down hold em on your chest lift em up, bring em down, do as many reps as u can, start again f the baby starts crying and wont let u stop.
lie down bring legs togetherfold em and put baby on your shins facing you, now do some crunches, they love it...and man it works your abs.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he did not exist. And like that... he is gone.

I don't want to start looking like an auntie . Thankfully I'm not overweight now; however I have gained a bit of weight since marriage. We recently got an elliptical machine and I use it every other day. I do pilates almost every day -- usually just the 20 minute routine.

Fraudz, I also exercise with my kid, the same ways. But sometimes it can be quite tiring as she has gained weight.
I have a Q. I too am trying to loose some weight. My cousin who lives in Japan sent me a tea which she said is very good to loose weight. Now the thing is that I drink around 1 1/2 liter of this tea called Guttapercha and Geniposide.
So far I have been drinking this tea for a week and have totaly cut down on sweets/white bread. I have noticed that my body has toned up a bit but so far I am not loosing weight, could be that at the beginning you gain muscles, so there is basically no weight loss? I am also doing exercise and do daily walks as I bring my daughter to KG with the stoller.
Secondly my stomach has bloated due to all this water/tea I am drinking, so does anyone has any experience with this tea? I cant ask her as I havent seen her online.
I tried googling but got nothing.
