I've done the bellydancing basic and advanced and they both are quite a workout for the tummy, legs and arms. The outfits seem a bit risque and I couldn't see myself ever wearing them.
I can bellydance pretty well now but for some reason I feel like it isn't really how authentic bellydancing is. Has anybody else ever tried their exercise dvd?

it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.

well the twins are pretty good at teaching the dance steps to the viewer and it's easy to follow their instructions. It's step by step and at the end they put all the moves together to show how the dance would look. I just practiced it over and over again.
They look Indian but their last name is Bidasha which doesn't sound Indian. So nobody's ever tried this?
