I cant be assed with the gym this year...im a bit lazy in that respect but summers coming so its time to get back in shape...this time though i want to do something i enjoy but also stay in shape that way ill continue after summers over...
I was thinking of Thai boxing...iv been told that doing that 3 times a week should make me a beast...thats one im looking into doing after my exams are over...anyone got any other recommendations?...martial arts or boxing seem to be a good idea...
I naturally want to gain size but want to be ripped...is Thai boxing the best for that?

3 times a week, eat healthy and thats it.
to speed it all up, start every morning with crunches/sit-ups

I try my best to drink lots of water because it curbs the appetite. I exercise but don't enjoy it so I try and keep my shape through dance and I try and do stomach crunches even when i'm sitting just so that my tummy muscles don't fall asleep .

I jump rope and do crunches for about 45 minutes 6days a week and go for morning walks with my puppy, and I've lost 3 of the extra 7 lbs gained these past 2 months... so it's going well... just started lifting light weights to tone my arms and tighten my thigh muscles... let's see how that goes...
Women should start doing squats for the bootayyyy if ur gonna go out to the beach lol just kidding

Yeh i really need to sort out the eating and all of that stuff...
But i really want to do a martial art three times a week...
So far iv narrowed it down to Muay Thai which im told in terms of conditioning will have you in some serious shape...and also the ability to crack a few heads...
The other is capoeira...the brazilian martial art which looks quite cool...does anyone know if its good for conditioning?...
