Ok...the truth be told..I have never been to gym..ok ..never worked out in a gym..

..I cant get myself to..But other outdoor activities I can do aplenty

...But now I just wanted to tone myself...I guess I dont need to add or loose weight, but just get firm...Most importantly my arms since summer is almost here too...I have tried like 7 pounds weight..I can doa 100...no nothing...I mean I dont feel as if I get sore muscles or anything...Dont I need to feel sore to know for sure that muscles are baunning

...So any suggestions...I do regular biking etc..but nothing for the arms..and am thinking of going to the gym for weights and stuff...Suggestions suggestions
