Ok...the truth be told..I have never been to gym..ok ..never worked out in a gym....I cant get myself to..But other outdoor activities I can do aplenty...But now I just wanted to tone myself...I guess I dont need to add or loose weight, but just get firm...Most importantly my arms since summer is almost here too...I have tried like 7 pounds weight..I can doa 100...no nothing...I mean I dont feel as if I get sore muscles or anything...Dont I need to feel sore to know for sure that muscles are baunning...So any suggestions...I do regular biking etc..but nothing for the arms..and am thinking of going to the gym for weights and stuff...Suggestions suggestions repetition wise and how much weight..Calling all exersize freaks

Do tricep dips and tricep press ups. Also Tricep kickbacks with weights.
Do press ups if u cant do full them do them on ur knees.
Ideally id recommened u to do a Bodypump class cos u wud c results quicker. Im a Bodypump instructor u c!

100? And you dont feel anything? You are doing something not correct
Best is body pump like Amani said or gym. If you want to do it at home, buy some weight or use a heavy book. Stuff like push-ups will do magic if you start doing it every morning.

All that tricep...bicep...inicep lingo made my head wooozy...
Body pump instructor...wow...I am impressed Amani...Nut anyway I am going to check that out at the gym if they offer it or not?..

So signed myself up for a personal training session with a trainer...Lets see what he says..and also I am going to take group classes big time...
Amani..they dont offer the Body pump class at the place I go, so I am going to join the Cardio Kickbox or the Body Blaster...

Thats good....a personal trainer will work with u on stuff for ur arms. Any sort of Cardio kickbox or high impact aerobic class is good.
