I think u should just get to it...forget about how long and how much, that just makes it all too confusing...and u tend to lose direction somewhere in b/w as if u dont get to your expectation then u lose hope and motivation!
but trust me....even a 5 kgs diff will change a whole lot...
as SAJAL suggested...a low cal diet and an excersize routine...even if you start by just 4 days a week, 30 min...will do wonders....
just think about losing it...not how much and by when....
