OKkkk i m being discouraged workin 2wards my weight loss....seriously...1st the stretch marks scare and now the sagging skin....i heard even loosing 10 pounds put u at a risk of sagging skin......how can one control that? i have basically planned 2 do treamil for half an hr everyday and go for walk also everyday...plus ofcourse eating healthy. But i m scared...i have read so many stories on net how after weightloss their skin luked saggy and they all wrote how they were better off with the extra weight compared 2 this..

Hmm but i know i want 2 reduce my weight but wat i want to know is if i shud tone while loosing weight or wat? and if i shud do it along with the weight loss than how exactly do i tone without going to a proper gym...

swimming! make sure you cover your hair..otherwise the chlorine will ruin your it...
pilates is awesome..
brisk walk 3.5m/hr pace for 45min-1hr
that should do it..dont do weight training..unless you want to keep up with it forever.

Moisturize your body liberally (a cream with Vitamin E) before and after working out to help prevent stretchmarks. As for toning, do weights along with cardio to lose weight..that'll help you tone as you lose weight. A trainer can guide you through this.
