Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different too. Many women are nauseous and vomiting for the first trimester. Most women are really very tired during the first trimester. And most women are overly emotional, again mostly in the 1st trimester. Those first three months are when the hormones are really raging. They even out in the 2nd trimester and things are usually a bit better then. Till you start getting really big and uncomfortable!
How to get rid of these things? Give birth!

actually, they still happen after birth too
You can't choose the ways in which you'll be tested

Both my pregnancies were so difficult I didn't know what to do.
Terrible terrible nausea that lasted the whole nine months.
Now how far along are you?
Your nausea may go away after a while.
You can have your doc prescribe a medecine for nausea
although I tried two different ones that didn't help much.

Are you eating adequately, proper nutrition? All you can do for the tiredness really is take rest, its gonna happen esp in the 1st tri-mester. I had terrible nauseusness for most of my 1st trimester. Take your vitamins, and it may seems difficult but I would recommend walking. As for the gross feeling, try saltine crackers, maybe smething sour to ward off icky feeling? I used to drink what we call Dhood soda...basicallly a mix of 7-up and milk. Try to avid greasy foods or food that is really heavy, it might not sit well in ur tummy.
About the crying bit, if you get the urge to cry a lot I would see a doctor and discuss your issues

Alhamdulillah i had a really easy pregnancy.. a lot of people reckon its cus i worked upto 2 weeks before I had my bubz.. i guess a preoccupied mind helps u get thru things a lot easier.. i dunno...
Every pregnancy is different however (as people have already mentioned) I personally think the being pregnany bit is easy... even labour is okayish... its the 2-3 months after having the bubz is a real strenuous time!!!
happy happy happy... happy happy happy

The first trimester is the most difficult one.where u feel like vomiting and get headaches. These sypmtoms are common and often felt with more intensity during morning time . Its also called morning sickness.
The second trimester is easier less stress but is marked with more changes in your physical form.
The third trimester is the easiest of all.
Some women also have postpartum depression but it can always be treated.

I remember it all too well! From week 6 to week 12 i couldnt stop throwing up-it was awful-heightend sense of smell made me wanna throw up all the time. Howeva as soon as i hit week 13 it disappeared. It got much better by the 2nd trimester-i actually enjoyed it.
Towards the end i had horrendous back pain(but then my daughter was over 9 pounds at birth so that kinda explained why) and came out in a bad rash and couldnt stop itching. But its all worth it when u have ur gorgeous little baby! Would i go thru it again-hell yeh!!!!

visit babycenter.com and make an account. There is a wealth of information on it...and they send you weekly e-mails and updates explaining on average where your pregnancy is how you may be feeling, what you can do to ease symptoms...etc. It is pretty helpful

u know what i did for a bit afro.. .i'd place a cushion under her and her favorite toys infront... then she'd sort of stay for 10-15 min.. lekin that doesnt really encourage crawling.. i was a bit scared she'd topple over on her head! now i just try to play games with her while shes on her tummy... its rather halarious cus she'll be screaming then laff, scream, then laff... neways, nothing to worry about.. i hear babies start crawling around 7.5 months..
