so people...i was trying to lose weight...and i did...but i havent got to my goal weight yet...

my parents used to be after me all the time to lose weight but now that I have lost some....they are like u used to look better with weight on and ur face doesnt look fresh now and all that....

I am so confused...i still want to lose like 3 more kgs....just to get to my ideal weight so to say....

is there anything i can do for my skin to look not dull and fresh and still lose weight???

...its so not motivatin when I hear them say that and i still dont feel good enuff to stop losing!

Are you drinking enough water? And have you been eating healthy? Looking and feeling healthy is about eating right and exercising. If you're not eating properly, you will look and feel exhausted.

yea that could be it then.....i might not be drinkin enough water....and i am trying to eat right....like fruits, some salads and baked chicken, eggs and stuff....

How are you loosing weight? by diet control or exercising? first of all you can do both but to such a extreme that you're going to feel weak and pale, just do regular exercise also eat half the potion of what you used to eat, with proper diet.

Are you suffering from depression?
I am asking because I have the same problem. I went from being a healthy 110lbs down to a 97lbs unhealthy weight. I feel weak and my face doesn't look the same anymore. I wanted to lose a little bit of weight at first and now I just can't stop. I exercise everyday and drink enough water. I try to eat healthy but I go off track sometimes (damn those french fries). I do not really like meat so I stick with vegetables. I can tell you a billion ways to lose weight but can't tell you how to fix your damn face afterwards.







Most people are so ungrateful to be alive, but not you, not anymore...

Sometimes losing too much weight is bad for you as it makes people look gaunt and older than they are..

E.g Karina kapoor now a days..

Please give tips on losing as I go the gym three times a week but still moti ..

as long as u have a proper diet while u r losing "the rite amount of" weight i dun think u shud end up wit this problem.........i think if u excercise and have a proper diet it wl only make yr face n skin luk better.

well! i was on a really good track when i started at first....i was watching my portion sizes and i cut down on sugars, bakery products, sodas, etc. i was drinking like 2 litres of water a day...was excersing 3 days a week...just treadmill and some excercisez off of you tube.....i was drinking 3 big cups of greentea(best thing ever) after every meal.....all this did the trick for me....i started in Feb ....and by the end of April i had lost almost 5 kgs...more than 10 lbs...which was not so fast....and i didnt want fast weight loss cuz it comes back so quick...which now i know is tru!

BUT! after all of this...i still felt weak...like i could feel my shoulders would get so damn tired when i was studying for my examz... face looked fine....more defined and all....cuz of this weakness i started eating a lil bit more....and within 2 weeks i was feeling a lot better....so from then on...i havent lost any weight but havent gained any either.....

now! lately like for the past month....i am eating pretty much everything...in control...but everyone started telling me that i look dull....its weird....cuz everything was perfectly fine till Aprill...and after all these months i dont look fresh without even losing weight....oh n i m losing a lot of hair too....so m very worried!!! maybe it doenst have to do anything with my weight loss....or maybe it does....i still have 3 more kgs to lose....so i dunno if to go ahead with or not....

I am getting married in Decem...i just dont want to look flushed and pale....

u guys think maybe i need to take vitamins or go see a doc or something?

How do u know if you are depressed....??

cuz i dont think i am...but then i have a lot of things to take care of these days....like u can say i am always worrying about something at a time....

by the way....110 sounds like a healthy weight to me...why did u want to lose in the first place...well it depends on your height too....but even a 5'2 person would look good wih 110lbs....

or maybe u just look fine and ppl around u are jealous and saying that. maybe a stretch but its not impossible. were u overweight before orget comments like if u lost weight u'd look better?

^ well from a pakistani perspective i was overweight....haha but whenever i went to see the doctor .....he was like ur weight is in the healthy range...so no worries....

i dont mind disclosing my weight here.....i am 5'7....used to be 70 kgs...now i am down to 63-64....

gosh 70kgs is about 10 stones rite? and ur 5,7 u were already at ur ideal weight i have a friend who is the same height and she is hat weight and she looks goood, if u were shorter like me who is about 1 feet shorterr lolz then u would look over weight

everyone says to me oh kitni moti ho but i am like hey i am carrying the weight not u )
