Need tips for cure and prevention and especially for oily and sensitive skin. Things recommanded, things that should be avoided, etc?
Thanks!
May Allah bring peace in Pakistan. Ameen

what I do is the following:
Wash my face [with antibacterial soap-Dial] everytime I go out.
Drink lots of water
Dont touch your face
Use Nature's Cure lotion when I feel there will be a breakout. It really works for me

my instruments:
astringent
soap
over the counter medicated blemish remover medicine
water
moisturizer
exfoliant
wash your face atleast 2 times with a mild soap. i particularly like dove. water should be room temp. then astringent. moisturize always. use a fragrance free, oil free one. if you do get a breakout, use the blemish remover. and lots and lots of water. oh and exfoliant like once a week. if you have a breakout, use besan. works the same way as like an apricot scrub but a scrub can irritate and pop the breakout, so you don't want it.
oh don't forget the sun. for me, the sun's rays really matter.

i work with exfoliant and vitamin e oil. i think it works =/ and to prevent the scar building in the first place use the over the counter medicine. i'm using oxy's something. benzyl peroxide's in it.

I can't use appricot scrub, I started using it last summer and had horrible break out. I do use besan sometimes.
What are some good exfoliating cleansers for both oily and regular skin?

gram flour - chanay ka atta - 3 tbsp
malai - 1 1/2 tbsp
lemon - 1 small squeezed
rose water- 2 tbsp
mix it all well.
wash your face with cold water. dab with a paper towel.
apply the paste on the whole face in an upward direction of massage, over cheeks and jaw bones. do apply on forehead, underneath the eyes and on chin as well,
let it sit on until dries out.
wash softly with cold water.
skin that is oily will become supple and less shiny.
the gram flour has a drying effect which is why malai is included to retain some of the moisture. rose water is cooling in effect and lemon clears the skin.

avoid spicy food as much as u can , esp if uve oily/sensitive skin. cut down on salt/ lal mirch.. to be precise, just dont eat rich desi food n curries like nihari n stuff... plus most desi food is loaded with oil n other fattening ingredients.
just DONT eat all that for a couple weeks... ur skin will GLOW. im telling you! and dont forget to drink atleast 2-3 litres of water.. if ure not a water person, then just make urself drink a glass of water every hour.
not fun to give up on yummy food.. but really our skin is what we eat once you see the difference.. you'll never want to go back to it! plus most desi food is from the category of 'a min on ur lips... a lifetime on ur hips!'
hont mere thay, magar in ki..har ek baat thay tum...
