well,
i like the saying of some designer didn't remeber the name ...that In 2007
everrything which u r wearing (stylish)is in fashion.So...short shirts with trousers...tunics or kutis with jeans...long shirt is IN too....not patyala shalwar but garay wali is in .....and the normal wearing shalwars. etc etc ..but not a churi dal pyjama ever . Laces and phool butiyan are soo old school...so beware ...

it's funny actually how many ppl follow d trend of their local area or of a certain country - ie. india or pak when it comes to fashion n clothes... i beleive dat fashion is wat u want it to b.... i tend not to follow trends, infact i tend to always opt to wear d oposite to wat ppl r wearing, cos id rather have my own style and wear wat i feel happy wid then to wear clothes im not too fond of just to fit in wid d crowd... dat doesnt mean that i dont wear the in-things, but im not really a fashion victim as such... i jus follow my heart... if it looks good on me, ill wear it... and at d moment im loving my long fitted kameez wid choori-dhaar pyjamas, which gives u more length and curves... so im happy wid dat for now... x

As far as my observation counts, its short shirts and khulay painchay wali shalwars for the youth. Ghair wali or floppy shalwars are said to have been over, yet girls are putting them on with all zest and zeal all the same just as they are not ready to give up on the short shirts. So at present, normal length shirts and normal stitched shalwars for the middle age. And youth still going on with short shirts. Choorhi dar pajama well i have not seen anywhere.. so dont believe thats in fashion.. laces etc depend on the wearer.
