i've been noticing it for over a month now.. my nails grow faster than usual.. i have to cut them after every week... feet nails growin even faster than the hand ones..
what is causing it?... am i taking anythin in my diet thats causing it or what?

too much protein?
The stuff u probably use for ur hair (that u recommended in the other thread) also works for nails ...

i think its cuz of the cold and dry weather..cuz i have been noticing tht too..

whey is mainly for muscle building.. u can use it a scoop in ur daily diet too...nothin wrong with that... its just an extra source of gettin protein..
