oh my mum and khala did it. did work really well for them. basically you eat the soup for like 2 weeks, then slowly add other veggies, meat and stuff to your diet. don't eat any bread/roti. if you have to, eat the smallest amount possible. no sugar intake ofcourse. have a little bit of excercise as well. at first you do lose basically water weight, but after a while, slowly, the weight starts to come off.
it's umm...very very blah if you ask me though.
