had anybody experianced cabbage soup diet, which is fast weight reducing diet.

and are they brown rice is also known as saila rice or they are differnet??

well dont ever go for this stupid cabbage soup diet..the results r not good...just think of this rule that excess of everything is bad.......the weight which u lose is only the water weight and it all comes back once u get to ur normal eating habits...just stick to this thing....have good and restricted diet...ocmbine it with regular treadmill of 50-60mins..and u should lose the weight right away ! its not hard its tough but its worth-doing....

oh my mum and khala did it. did work really well for them. basically you eat the soup for like 2 weeks, then slowly add other veggies, meat and stuff to your diet. don't eat any bread/roti. if you have to, eat the smallest amount possible. no sugar intake ofcourse. have a little bit of excercise as well. at first you do lose basically water weight, but after a while, slowly, the weight starts to come off.

it's umm...very very blah if you ask me though.
