when you are fatigued, bored, lazy a bit, what do you do?
when do you feel that and when you do, what do you do, yourself to relieve the tiredness?

Difference between God and humankind: God can say, 'be', and it becomes, but humankind has to act on what it says.

i feel that like almost all the time nowadays......chronic fatigue......
its like i feel that when i get home from work.........i just do not want 2 do anything......or expend my energies on anything.....
i think mainly its attributed to erratic food habits , irregular eating patterns and basically eating the wrong kind of foods............plus lack of exercise.......
One should cultivate a hobby or pastime that involves getting away from the usual stresses of life and using one's energy more judiciously...

Just have a cup of steaming hot tea or coffee, then close ur eyes, relax a bit & make up ur mind that I've to do it. Thats how I start with a new energy whenever I dont feel like studying.

I agree with sheyn but I was finding it really hard to overcome the fatigue to do something about it! What finally worked was a multivitamin I found, "One-A-Day All Day Energy". It gave me enough of a boost to pull myself out of that terrible tiredness.

i found that the best thing to handle fatigue was a mix of activity amd real rest. activity could be as simple as taking a walk, rest would be real rest not Tv or internet. meditattion helps too.
of course, proper diet/nutrition, sleep and managable amount of work are key also.
