Ever since I started work, I drank coffee once every morning just to get myself to wake up. I worried about becoming addicted to and I tried going without it for a couple of days, and I was fine. I didn't get any headaches or cravings for it.. now I just alternate between chai and coffee if I am ever tired. You're probably not addicted either if you can make it atleast a couple of days in a row without it.
