Hey everyone. I have a friend who's trying to lose weight, currently she weighs 108 pounds but she is only 5ft tall(maybe even 4' 11). Her goal weight is 94 pounds. I dont know why but to me that seems too low even for her height. I mean she is obsessing with getting to that weight. What do you guys think is that a good weight target for her? or is it too low?...btw she is very small build.

I am 5'6" and i weigh 115 lbs and i don't mind losing 10 more pounds.

When you are obsessed, there seems to be no limit. See, after my third baby, an year ago, my targeted weight was 130 lbs... But when i got there, my weight goal changed from 130 to 120... and now, even at 115, i would be more than happy if i will lose 10 more.

108 pounds, I don't think it is over-weight, by getting down to 94 pounds is underweight for a person with the height that she has , any one under 4ft 108 is still o.k but some lb of is still ideal.

I think a 100 would be the lowest she should go
i'm 5'2 and when i was 100 i was underweight according to my doctor
