Salaam everyone,
i'm a huge fan of soda - and when I'm being health conscious I try to avoid it but I miss the bubble.. I love carbinated drinks.
I think I've found a better alternative -- Club soda.
Is it healthy for you? I know there isn't much sodium in it-- but is excessive amounts of it no good for you?
Thanks

Diet pepsi-coke etc simulate some thing in body and brain.
Body crave sugar-but since its sugar less you don't get any.
So as a result you body crave for way sugar more than normal.
