Strictly Pakistani chai here..u know the one we all make at home..water,milk,tea,sugar...boiled over a million times..lol
Sounds crazy..but i've heard that drinking TOO MUCH chai makes you darker?? Is that true? I mean i'm not stupid I know it dodesnt ACTUALLy have an effect..but do you guys beleive that myth? I started thinking abt it now...Cuz ever since I've moved out for college I've been drinking chai ALL DAY long..and my skin color has changed dramiatically..i'm abt 2 shades darker now, and I think its the sun, and stuff but still...WEIRD MYTHS always get you thinking right??
So what do u guys think? Have u heard this myth before????

I've heard this myth many times, but dont actually beleive it - n neither do i beleive that drinking milk helps ur skin to get fairer.... ur skin changes colour due to age, weather/sun/tan, and general health reasons...

yeah all vanilla looking should start drinking chai.
All chocolate looking should avoid it.
any ways sabaz chai is the best.

i have heard it so much, i don't believe it though. my dad is light skinned and he loves drinking chai.. haven't seen him turn dark.

No he hardly ever gets mad, mA.
On the other hand, I have heard that drinking chai is actually good for you.. especially green tea which is just miraculous.

grean tea actually lower the cholesterol. wash oil off your blood stream.
easy to make.

its garam! and it makes you even hotter!
