Do any of you use any exercise videos to work out? if so which ones? how many times a week? If not, do you just go to the gym or out for a jog?

Cool

^^ i have the Hip Hop abs dvd but i do not follow it..i followed it when i got it the first time for a month or so..but they werent giving me the kind of burn that i used to get from doing my weekly ab workout..(since i was working on my abs before getting those dvds too..so probably cuz they got a bit tougher to handle more stress)...but it can work for you and for anyone who hasnt done abs workout yet.... so i went back to my old ab routine...
