Hey...i was going to search and find out if there was a topic like this or i was gonna make one since i also wanted to ask some questions regarding toning of the body along with weight loss. Before i was thinkin of joining a gym and hiring a instructor but since i cant do that for atleast a month i want to know what i can do at home...i have the treadmill which is for weight loss but i m confused what to do for tonning as there is no use of just loosing weight and ending up all with loose skin as that wud not make the effort worth it...so tonning should go hand in hand.

I think that much I do know myself...If you are going for weight loss by diet and cardio only, I would suggust adding strength training/weight lifting with it about 2-3 times a week.If you need more details I can tell u about some websites that tell you how to start

@ muniya
How is your work out going?
If you have bn doing steps, you must be getting little clumsy by now.
So we need to do like stairs twice a weak, sprints twice a week.
That will give athletes strength and speed. Swift like cat.

Yeh I have been doing the stairs-- and have been working out religiously. Not targeting anything but over all structure. lost about 10 pounds but the pants are practically falling off now. My arms are stronger-- and there is defiantely more definition in everything. Still loosing the assets though but the rest of me is catching up so its kinda working out.
Still a long way to go though
Yeh yeh I am the office bhens of GS...
Thanks for asking.

Also mention if any worries or ambitions, like stronger arms or what ever.
Specially if you have been working you legs beside stairs.

My legs are solid not worries there--- i do work them out.
But they are nicely shaped---
umm arms there is a problem.
My left arm is visibily weaker then the right.
and the definition isn't there-- my left arm is so super hot and then the right is like gay....
I was talking to a professional and he's like in time that'll get better.... I think I should be lifting a different weight with that. Nahee?

NO. Do same with both they would even out. Did play support invling one arm like Tennis or some thing. I use to box. my left arm is a million time faster then my right. I can punch twice as hard with left, And I am not lefty My right is my master hand.
gay could be good looking too. lol hahahaha
If you ever feel little slower on you legs(because of strenght training), you could short sprints like 30-50 meters.
Warm your self up with 1km-1.5km then short sprints 30M-50M.
Remember now we are talking an athletes fitness where you have to be strong and quick.
Keep that sprint thing in mind in case you ever need it.
