I use Sedu, but I've heard GHD and Chi are also good...
Sedu costs around $115 at www.folica.com GHD costs $195 and chi costs $85US

Sedu Nano Revolution 2008. I used to own a CHI but unfortunately, I blew it up. Sedu is better than any CHI/GHD out there.

yea i have a remington too. they don't make it anymore - it has teflon coated plates. i prefer it to ghd. i'm sure they have a newer model.
i was gonna buy ghd's then my friend was told me to try these. she doesn't straighten her hair that often so just went out and bought the first cheap pair she could find. she claimed that they did a better job that when she uses her friend's ghds, so i thought why not, might as well try em out before buying ghd's.
i love em, they get your hair just as straight but it's sooo much softer. my hairdresser is always surprised that even though i use 'em a lot my hair is always in such good condition.
