I just got back from a visit to a new salon... my friend had been raving about it but they did an awful job on me... I asked them to dye my hair jet black and give me caramel colored highlights... but instead they turned out to be egg-yolk yellow. My hair looks awful and I have a very important job interview to go to tomorrow... I need a quick fix... and no, washing it ten consecutive times in one day is NOT an option! Oh, and Im not posting pix either..
it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.

Ask your chemist for a colour-removing product which will take the dye out (but remember, they contain bleach). Alternatively you could try using a semi-permanent dye to cover up the problem and then try a permanent one when that one fades.

1. Go back to the salon and demand that they fix it in the morning.
2. Start wearing hijab.
3 Forget about it. Tell them you had a bad experience and laugh it off at the interview.
4. Never make a big change to your hair before an important event. Remember this experience and learn from it.

I washed my hair twice with DAWN dishwasher soap and followed with conditioner. It is SO much better now... almost exactly how I wanted it to be.

I found that by googling. So many people swore by that and head and shoulders. Theres a storm outside and I cant be bothered to go out and buy shampoo. Oh well, the dishwasher did the trick anyway

Get urself a box of dark-brown dye and dye it completely! YES it will cover the "streaks" for you as well. I've had a similar mishap and washing is only stripping the egg-yolky color more and it shall be left bleached and white. Buy the dye and do-it-yourself at home.

Don't worry...streaks dont always come out the same as the hairdressers show =) Our hair-color varies..and then the amount of bleached used plus the combo of colors is tricky. Just buy a dark color and cover all parts..

If u bleach u're hair then be prepared for ALOT of grey stubborn hair and white roots! I'd say NO don't bleach u're hair ever, it strips u're natural hair-color and u'll never get it back!
