yar aik problum hai i m vry slim nd smart mujh ko koi ALLAH ka naik banda aisa kuch bataye k main thori si MOTI ho jaun. Healthy look aye mjh main b kabhi

Eat plenty of chocolate and junk food. Soon you will see some flab on ur belly then that will b ur cue to stop.

eat more of whatever you are already eating. eat more carbs. eat nuts. stay away from unhealthy foods. i was ill once and went down to 90 pounds. supplementing my normal meals and snacks with about 2 or 3 bowls of a nutty cereal everyday soon sorted me out.

Gawdddddddddd once i put this topic on GS too and hell i got some good flab on my tummy i hate it i hate i hate itttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt but alas i got a lil healtheir i wouldnt want to get more fater just try to eat more then u can....i think rice had the affect on me

Try protein shakes as an addition to your diet. They are a healthy way to put on weight. Also add bananas and mangoes to shakes. They are high calories but nutritious as well.
Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open...

^ Don't!
Being slim isn't really so "in" afterall... specially when it comes to us ethnics. You know how it is with us Desis; the meatier you are the better.
NikSik: Thank you for the suggestions! I like both mangoes and bananas BUT for some odd reason eating them makes my skin breakout.

Afsoon are you sure? You were also saying in the other thread that nuts make you break out. How can so many foods make you break out! I thought you were also suffering from acne, are you sure you're just not making a connection that isn't there? Like people say that eating chocolate gives you spots.

are you kidding me!? the meatier the better? not in my family atleast (my family in pakistan) to them very thin girls are normal and normal girls are "sehatmund", which is a nice way of saying fat

I had been trying to gain weight for a long time until last year when I stumbled upon Ensure Plus protein shakes. Yes, they work! I was taking them every night before going to bed(substituted milk). It just took me around 2 months to gain a sufficient amount of weight.

And please don't listen to people who are suggesting you to take more of sugar, fried stuff, bread/rice etc....These foods will create other problems and you won't even gain weight, I'm speaking from experience.. Just stuffing random unhealthy foods can make you BREAKOUT and also INDIGESTION in slim people.

Maybe it's just me... maybe it's all just in my head. I have horrible skin and I do break out every now and then... and there are certain foods that I think irritate my skin a little... But then again, it could all very well be just a figment of my imagination, Lol. As far as nuts are concerned, I am okay with all else except for walnuts. I find that they make my skin extremely oily!
Bleh, maybe I am trying to find excuses for not eating well/enough. I don't know... I just don't know.
