condensation of roses makes rose water. Pansaari/hakeems have a special pot/kettle to condensate aarq from rose petals. Idea is that roses dipped in water evaporate and then the vapors are collected by the condensation. You can do it at home but need some special pots/covers.

yeah that's the thing i don't have special pots and pans  so anything that doesn't require that special equipment would be great!
read something online about just steeping the petals in hot water...kinda like how you do with tea leaves...would that be the same thing?
