I have a question... how do people use concealor, foundation, AND powder and it looks so natural... but whenever I try that I look like a drag queen wearing all the makeup that was ever made in the world?
it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.

It has to be a perfect match to look right Riya =) u're concealer goes just over u're dark-circles and pigmented area's and u're foundation goes on like a veil over it, then the powder is used to "set" everything!

^ I blv she's looking for full-coverage rathar than just a tinted moisturizer. Applying a moisturizer is a good idea if u have dry-skin, apply a balm that keeps the kin matte if u have oily/acne prone skin.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

Primer. I've recently started using it for formal occasions -- it really does make a difference.
Then I do a light foundation base.
Concealer in key areas if needed.
Then another light layer if foundation to blend and smooth.
A light dusting of powder or mineral veil to set and remove shine.

^ I just told you.
Moisturize with a face lotion.
primer
light foundation base
concealer
blend with more foundation
powder -- before this you should add any blush, highlight, contouring, bronzer, eye make up, etc

^ You don't have to brush it over the eyes. A lot of face powder is translucent, so that should be fine, regardless.
