anaar, plums, raisins, strawberries the darker they r the better..brightly coloured ones also like mango, kiwi, cantaloupe..have lots also. all fruits do but i think these ones have more.
yeah nd htey can also act as ilaages for regular body troubles like for ex pineapple is good for a cold and apple is good for constipation...banana is good for giving u an energy boost and good to contain high blood pressure...etc...
