Normal house bleach should do the trick, just leave it for about 40 minutes and wash it off, ur face will be shining white.....
p.s. please dont be dumb enough to really try this out!

Start taking Vit B every day, avoid and protect your skin from the sun like wearing hats, sunblock and stuff.
If the skin is sunburnt than donot Bleach it, you'll end up with a very dark ugly burnt looking skin.

If you already have quite fair skin, why do you want to be fairer??? Do you want to be transparent???

If you get tanned easily use sunscreen creams with high SPF normally 15+. If you are already fair then the tan will fade with time a month or sand you will turn to your original colour.

If u wanted to get "fairer" sorry there's no remedy for that, but if u want to fade a tan then tomato juice does work! As adra said vit B is great..and apply a face-cream that contains vit E.
Wear a high spf sunscreen (meant for u're skin) whenever u go out, and apply it 20 mins before walking out.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

Not sunscreen, use SUNBLOCK if you don't want to get tanned. Sunscreen only blocks out UVA rays, not UVB. Sunblock stops both. Use a high SPF, like 40 or so.

How about you get over this light skinned complex and just maybe thank God for what you have?
it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.

Sunscreens are the most popular at the moment. Available in creams, lotions and gels, they contain chemicals that absorb UV rays. They are also inconspicous on the skin. The chemicals that are most often found in sunscreens include PABA, Benzophenones, Cinnamates, Salicylates,
Sunblocks instead of absorbing UV rays, reflect them. At one time sunblocks could be spotted by the opaque white film, but new technology has created sunblocks with particles so tiny, that the opaque film in no longer noticeable. Chemicals most common in sunblocks include Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
Sunscreen's are preferred since they don't leave you with a white-looking face, one absorbs the UV rays so it doesn't reach your skin and one scatters and reflects it. They both protect your skin from UV rays, just chose one that suits your skin and works for you. I prefer gel forms they don't leave my skin greasy and I can easily follow-on with foundation.

The chemicals in bleach are really damaging to the skin! dont' use bleech if you have naturally light skin, use sun screen, up to 45 SPF is good. You should also use make-up with SPF in it pretty soon your skin will be its natural color. If you have light skin bleach can often burn and stain the skin.... dont' use it! Anyways cleansing routine and SPF when you go out in the sun is the best thing to do....

seriously do not worry about the same thing happens to my brother he goes golden in summer, then around winter time his normal colour returns. The best thing to do is protect your skin in the summer. You cold give fair and lovely a go be careful it does not contain harsh ingredients for your skin. Loads of people talk about lemon being a natural lightener so you could give that a go
