$15 is pretty cheap, but is it good quality makeup?

^^I really have no idea that's why I started this thread. I have used Ulta's lip liner, eye pencil and a mineral blush and they were good. I like the eyeshadow colors in this kit and I wouldn't mind if they're of drugstore quality as long as the pigments are good!

I like their make up quite a bit. I got a blockbuster kit a couple years ago. I really like it! Use the shadows all the time.

Nope. That's correct. It usually starts out around 20-25 but comes down to 15.
It's not going to compare to Mac shadows, but still has nice pigments. I've had very good experience with mine.

I went to Ulta yesterday...the kit has really nice colors. One side has shimmery eyeshadow and the other has matte shades...blush and lipglosses looked good too! I was so tempted to buy it but then I thought I have spent way too much on cosmetics in the last couple of weeks so didn't get it.

it looks good.
U know what, get the MAC PRIMA... this helps keep eye-shadows on for longer and the colour looks beautiful too. I have Chi-chi eyeshadows, and when i apply the PRIMA before using the eye-shadow
heres a pic of it...

happy happy happy... happy happy happy
